Quality & supply process

Document the handoff before making the claim

Quality coordination starts with clear requirements and traceable evidence. The intended process is designed to surface unsupported claims and order inconsistencies before release.

This page describes YuLink's planned coordination method. It does not state that YuLink owns a factory, holds supplier certificates, conducts every inspection itself or guarantees a fixed inspection scope.

Six control points across the intended supply route

Each point identifies the evidence or agreement needed before the next handoff. The exact inspection and release scope remains order-specific.

  1. Requirement review

Collect application, reference, quantity, packaging, destination and commercial context before identifying candidates.

  2. Supplier document review

Review available entity, product, certificate and application documents. Supplier statements are not treated as independent facts without support.

    Evidence gate
  3. Sample & specification

Where appropriate, align the requested product, construction, dimensions, packaging and labels before production.

    Approval gate
  4. Change control

Material, construction, packaging or production changes should be disclosed and reviewed before acceptance.

    Change gate
  5. Inspection coordination

Define inspection scope according to product, order and risk. No blanket third-party or 100% inspection statement is made.

    Release gate
  6. Shipment record alignment

Check product, quantity, packaging and shipment documents for consistency under the agreed terms before release.

Four rules for public product information

These rules define how YuLink intends to separate supplier material from claims the company can responsibly publish.

Entity before certificate

A supplier certificate must match the named legal entity, production site, scope and validity period. It is not a YuLink certificate.

Source before fitment

A cross-reference identifies a candidate. Vehicle application still needs source and conflict review.

SKU before performance

Materials, dimensions and performance data must map to the exact selected item and supporting evidence.

Order before inspection promise

The inspection plan is agreed for the product and order risk rather than implied as a universal service.
